Nilfrid Evensen
Nilfred Evensen (also known as Angelfish) is one of the 
VIPs of Operation Silver Reef with her twin sister Rebekka. Like her sister, Nilfred is a cold-hearted entrepreneur who designs and manufactures a line of fashionable military-grade armaments.

Like all VIPs, Nilfrid is exclusively found outside of the Vault, but various circumstances can cause her to wander inside of it as well. Here, she will wander around, visiting Vault Terminals and even the location of The Package itself if she has been moved into the Vault.
If Nilfrid encounters someone with insufficient Security Clearance while in a 
Staff, 
Guard, 
Technician, or VIP room, she will attempt to Scold them.
Should combat occur near her, Nilfrid will either run away from the fight or Cower.
Like all VIPs, Nilfrid is capable of Reviving unconscious NPCs.
Like all VIPs, Nilfrid will not open Drawers under normal circumstances.

Cold and fashionable, the Evensen Twins are known in the military industry as much as they are in the haute-couture world. Rebekka and Nilfrid Evensen, codenamed respectively Starling and Angelfish, are a deadly pair of militaristic entrepreneurs and fashion moguls. The pair made a fortune selling chic high heels outfitted with a deadly, venomous blade on their tips.
Rumor has it that they're unveiling their next big thing for their military-fashion line "STARFISH" in the world-renowned underwater hotel "Frozen Coral". The world wouldn't be the same if it went into mass production.
