With Civilian Clearance, Ann can only access public areas.
Behavior
Ann is exclusively found outside of the Vault. Here, she will wander around and engage with Social Interactions. On occasion, she may speak with other nearby Civilians.
Should combat occur near her, Ann will either run away from the fight or Cower.
Like all Civilians, Ann is incapable of Reviving unconscious NPCs.
Like all Civilians, Ann cannot open Drawers under normal circumstances.
