With Civilian Clearance, Ernest can only access public areas.
Behavior
Ernest is exclusively found outside of the Vault. Here, he will wander around and engage with Social Interactions. On occasion, he may speak with other nearby Civilians.
Should combat occur near him, Ernest will either run away from the fight or Cower.
Like all Civilians, Ernest is incapable of Reviving unconscious NPCs.
Like all Civilians, Ernest cannot open Drawers under normal circumstances.
