Rebekka Evensen
Rebekka Evensen (also known as Starling) is one of the 
VIPs of Operation Silver Reef with her twin sister Nilfrid. Like her sister, Rebekka is a cold-hearted entrepreneur who designs and manufactures a line of fashionable military-grade armaments.

Cold and fashionable, the Evensen Twins are known in the military industry as much as they are in the haute-couture world. Rebekka and Nilfrid Evensen, codenamed respectively Starling and Angelfish, are a deadly pair of militaristic entrepreneurs and fashion moguls. The pair made a fortune selling chic high heels outfitted with a deadly, venomous blade on their tips.
Rumor has it that they're unveiling their next big thing for their military-fashion line "STARFISH" in the world-renowned underwater hotel "Frozen Coral". The world wouldn't be the same if it went into mass production.
